You are well aware of the COVID19 situation. As usual our Trust is fully involved in providing food/provision to the less privileged people of the society viz., nomadic, Irulas, blind people selling small items in suburban trains, road side small vendors, migrant labourers etc., in Chennai, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram, Tiruvellore Districts, who lost their livelihood due to COVID 19 and are hungry.
As curfew has been extended till 30th April 2020 and wearing of mask is compulsory, ordered special masks (pure cotton double layered) which can be used for 6 months by washing. We intend to provide one pair to the above people – each costing Rs.18 (inclusive of GST, courier charges) –see attachment
Pl. go through the below links as also the attached photos. I came to know there was no provision to feed the young kids -see attached photos – and immediatey arranged provision and they are happily enjoying lunch.

ஊரடங்கின் காரணமாக வேலையின்றி தவிக்கும் ஏழை எளிய குடும்பத்தாருக்கு உதவும் வகையில் பதினான்காம் நாளாக இன்று (11/04/2020) பல்லாவரம் குளத்துமாநகர் பகுதியில் இயங்கும் பாபாசாகேப் டாக்டர் அம்பேத்கர் இரவு பாடசாலையில் பயிலும் மாணவர்களின் குடும்பத்திற்கு அரிசி மற்றும் மளிகை பொருட்களுடன் முக கவசம் பாதுகாப்பான முறையில் ஸ்ரீமதி ராஜேஸ்வரி ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் அறக்கட்டளை மூலம் இன்று வழங்கப்பட்டது.
Distribution of Provision packets containing:
3kgs rice, 1 kg Toor Dhall, 1litre Sunflower oil, 1 kg Sugar, 1 kg salt, Chilli powder, Jeer, Pepper, Bath soap, washing soap, pappad costing Rs.479/-
to the blind people selling small items in suburban trains, .migrant labourers, road side vendors ( flower vendors )who lost job due to curfew.
Provision distributed to NARIKORAVS (nomadic people living staggered in and around city without shelter/roof – நரிக்கொ றவாஸ் ) on 8th April 2020
Our Trust has budgeted for providing provision till Tamil New Year’s Day, 14th April 2020 (daily 200 lunch packets + 200 provision packets costing
Rs.1 lakh). As curfew has been extended, we intend to do this SEVA till 30th April 2020
